Hey all. I have a big problem going on. I have a few websites hosted under one account through my hosting company with many scripts such as support scripts, forums, and more.
I haven’t did any updating or changes to my site for like 2 months. But about a week ago, my sites were suspended. Apparently all of a sudden my sites were supposedly causing server problems. I don’t understand how all of a sudden they are doing this. They claim that a script I have (but they don’t know which one) is causing the server to crash. Well when my sites came back online after fighting with them. I started deleting any folders that were modified anywhere near recently. Supposedly their wasn’t any problems for like 2 days. But yet before when they would activate my account they said it would cause a problem right away. My sites are down again. The odd thing is, while they were down for a number of days and then activated. I checked the dates that folders were modified. And their were a few that were modified with the next days date. Such as if they were modified locally. Being that the server is a Singapore server, and im in the us. I’m suspecting the problem is something they are doing or possibly some cross-site issue? How could my folders be modified if the account is suspended and I don’t have web access or ftp access.
Any idea’s on this or anything I or the hosting company can or should do? I’m completely lost at this point but my blood is starting to boil.
