If you ever find one, don't dare provide any personal information (including email addresses). Unless this is regarding an official not-for-profit organization, you won't find a legitimate provider of free base-level domains.

It's like asking at a car-lovers forum if anyone offers free engines.

But therea are some websites with free domain registration: like dot.tk but I am lloking for a dotcom one

it's nearly imposssible to get a free .com domain because ICANN is charging like a 46 cent fee to register a domain so it's virtually impossible other then that it's illegal

And GoDaddy is like $8 to register, so I don't see the need to try to find a free service.
