horizontal scrolling of text in both IE and Netscape

I am looking for a script which allows me to have a series of scrolling texts on a webpage and should be fully customizeable. It should stop on mouse over and if i click on it then it should show a popup window. A lot of scripts are available on internet but none suits me. I want that text should start from right and should move to extreme left.

Only thing I'm not sure of is if you can open a popup. I'm guessing you can without too much trouble.
