Hi -
If you MUST have those waving flags, consider spreading them across the width, like in a footer div or something; and please, please drop the 'Welcome' altogether!

It's a design that sort of grew on me. Think there's too much white above the header, tho. Why not move the login stuff to the lower left and drop the repetitious title text?

Curious - why must the (Inc.) be there? Looks a bit weird in the black heading...
later on I'll rag about using tables as layout tools, but it's too late for me and too early for you, I'm sure! ;-)

LJK yer i might spread them i like that idea, and Yes i WILL drop the welcome gif. i dont no what you mean, about removing the main title?

Nice design, good work, I dont think the inc is absolutely necessary though, it looks cand of crammed in. Like the layout, like the image at the top of every page. I dislike the flags though, couldn't you have static flat ones instead, i think they would make the website more professional(juyst my oppinion though).
