Does anybody here knows how to ignore or off that stupid Sitckykeys thing? It pisses me off... everytime i click the Alt key or tab key or ctrl key or the caps lock key 5 consecutive times, this Stickykeys comes out...

Here's the message...

Pressing the SHIFT key 5 times turns on Stickykeys. Stickykeys lets you use the SHIFT, CTRL, ALT or Windows Logo keys by pressing one key at a time.

How can i fix that one?!

Open Control Panel > Accessibility Options
Change options for StickyKeys

In the options for StickyKeys make sure the option Use Shortcut box is not ticked.

it sounds funny... but i u really want to know why i want to off this stiuckykeys is because i installed Mario game... and the "Jumping" key is the SHIFT...

in the game, there's a secret block that gives 20 coins if u jumped on it 20 times, right?! so there... whenever i press the SHIFT 5 times, the Stickykeys comes out... thats annoying, right? it even makes Mario die,...

thats the reason why! hehehehe

In my computer class a few years ago, only a few of us knew how to engage stinky keys to make that chirp sound. It drove our teacher insane along with all the other students. (Our teacher rode to school on a broom--she was that evil)

my intermediate teacher was Evil (capital E)
She didn't let me do anything on the pc like viusal basic, qbasic etc.
when the pc teacher stuffed up the pc he blamed it on me
My teacher brang the whole of the school into a room and raved on about how i was evil.
So the fact that i made batch file that every time she turned on her pc it beeped continuacy was justifyed. :)
By the way stickey keys is annoying.
Narrator is cool though.

I like typing stuff into the computer to make it say stuff, like this:

To make this work, go to:
Control panel>Speech>text to speech.
It only is available in win XP

My teacher was pure EVIL. She was mean. I actually do a pretty good impression of her. I'll do my best using this keyboard:

OK ya hooligans, open up a blank word document. (Said incredibly fast and slured) Go to format, blah blah blah blah.

Oh, by the way, she made us use the most evil, cruel, sinister heathen devices ever used on computer students... Cardboard keyboard covers...

I still have nightmares about that class.

1 1hr lesson on how 2 start up ur pc.
I took ages...
the next lesson was how to shut down ur pc that took 2hrs.
While the teacher was yelling 100% of the time at sudents that had no idea what was happening.
We used Carboad keaborad covers and the teacher yelled at us when ever we talked or the kid next door to me stuffed around the PC.
Nightmares come frigently :(
A word of advice:
never ever choose computers as a subject if u know how 2 mmove a mouse :)

Well, last year I actually had a cool teacher. I won't say his name, but he was really funny--and tech savy! (Unlike my old computer teacher). He'd joke around in class and shared my eternal passionate loathing of Dell computers. (Because all the computers in that class were Dell)

Anyways, I am so glad I can type well enough not to use those danged keyboard covers. They get so frustrating! GRR!

HP gives them 2 NZ's schools 4 a discount.

School has a funny way of making you hate everything it teaches you.

I mean old style schools or teachers who only stuff you with information you couldn't care less about without actually taking the time to explain why that information is important.

I'm sure if someone had tried to teach me programming, I wouldn't love it as much as I do now.

Yeah, one of my US history teachers has been using the same lesson plan every year for about, I don't know... Probably before the USA was a country.

I learned HTML in my freshman year from a really great teacher. Good computer teachers are really hard to come by.

My teacher last year was good .let me have admin rights and stuff around with the pc's

They guys who runs all the computers in our district is a total weirdo.
He totally wacked out all the computers--we can access the clock function, screen resolution (Some of us don't like 800x600), and won't let us access the temporary internet cache. What a total weirdo. Of course he has big coke-bottle glasses, a freakishly ugly comb-over and wears plad shirts with overalls.

He won't even let us access the "Google picture" search. %@*&^%#@%#@$^&!!!!!
