Hello

I'm working for a company that has its own intranet/webserver/emailserver etc. We have everything we need exept that we would like to be able to access some parts of the web (intranet) using any mobile (GPRS). What gear do we have to use to establish this and is there any good sites explaining this?

Thanks in advance!

GPRS is connected via the public Internet while your intranet is only an local area network, so you have to allow an external connect to work.

In order to access web using your smartphones and etc, the contents of your web have to be written using WAP (WAP is another mark up language like HTML). This will make your website contents fit in nicely which whatever display for your phone clients.

For sever side scripting, you could use PHP to access your database and etc.

Hope it helps.
