firtly hi. i am angry about this problem.


we want to send faq letter to customer. it is too long. we put inside ancher html tag for user friendly. but that time we did test with outlook. when click internal link, opening new window and working online.

we want that: how can i make mail that is working offline with internal link.

You could always send it as a pdf with bookmarks in it. Create it in word and covert to a pdf.
