script question

hiya folks,

this maybe a stupid question, but i'm new to this java stuff and dont know anything abouth it
i downloaded a script from here for a scrolling text box,
now i tried the script out before putting it on my site but nothing is working, did i mis anything, do i need more than the script to let it work ?

We have to have more information. Post your script or a link to where you got it from. Check to make sure the source code of the file you downloaded and the file online are the same. If it uses images, you have to download the images, too.

i made a mistake with the script and i found out why it didnt work ( stupid me )
