heys guys, i am creating a page under the resolutions 1280x1024, how do i build the page, so that it looks good on everyoones resolution, not just mine?

use percentages for widths

or make the design small enough to fit 800x600 and above

You don't have to run your preview full screen.

size your browser window to the size it would be on an 800x600 resolution screen. i use a nice little app called screenruler to measure things on the monitor

so the only thing i can really do is set my reso to 800x600 and build it on the reso?

Don't change your screen resolution - just resize the browser window - you don't have to run a browser at full screen size.
