A form question

I'm trying to create a form so that our customers can submit problems online. I have the drop down already constructed, but I need the form to be sent to 1 of 4 people
the office problems go to our office manager
the sales problems go to our sales manager
our webmaster gets the tech. questions
internet sales go to another person.
Is this possible to accomplish with one form?

Yes. Just change the form's action attribute to the correct e-mail address before you submit it.
