On one of my sites I have menu side bar and a link bar on the top.

To open from a link on the menu side I have used "TARGET="main"" This will open links in the right lower table. I want to change it to open all links "Full Screen". I have return to home links on all pages. What can I insert in the <a href-------> to open full screen. If I leave TARGET out it opens in the menu bar table. Did I make this clear or confusing? Thanks for any help.
