i finish an accept form but i can't figure out why it won't send it to my email. when submit is clicked the page comes up with the information but nothing is being sent to my email account.. and will this code send the whole page to me or just their name/email addey? i need everything off that page sent to me. can someone help? :) I didn't know if i needed to paste the whole thing or part. so i pasted all of the codes from the page.
