Guys i uploaded my first website, but it is always uploading from my cache, even if i update the page, i have always do a refresh, is there a way it refreshes itself everytime i change something? or like refreshes everynew day? thank you

ok thanks Fang, but how can i not put a Defined date ... like CONTENT="Wed, 09 Aug 2000 08:21:57 GMT"> so that it refreshes every new date! i want it to refresh every new date!

If the date is set in the past or to 0 (zero), the browser will check if there is a new version.
In IE you can override the meta tag in Tools > Internet Options > General > Settings

well i think putting it Zero is better, because ok if i changed mine theres still the others who will visit the site ....
