When I set a table to 100% sometimes it has a right margin before the scroll bar, sometimes not. Is there any way to guarantee it always jumps to 100% width? If a table hasn’t jumped to 100% if I hit refresh it then goes 100%. Very annoying.

Any help would be appreciated,

Try adding this to your body tag:
