Hi -
The color scheme was nicely chosen to focus on the images.
Everything looks great; but you should get alt="" attributes on all images - esp. the one with the name of the site...
That Flash is a wonderful example of how subtle it can be - adding to, instead of overwhelming, the rest of the design.
Of course, I'm obligated to add that you could have gone 'tableless' ;-)
