Can anyone tell me the cons. and pros. with the different techiques for streaming live video. The live picture will be embedde in my webpage. When building a webcast system with a small budjet should I go for the cheaper java applet???
I will be webcasting at multicast mode (same picture to every viewer at the same time). Can I set up a Java applet syst. without coding experience? Best resources? THANKS!
