Help with user interface

Hello. I am working for a company that specialises in the distribution of mobile phones in the US. What we require is an online interface for our customers to view their bills. What I had in mind is to make it so that each customer has their own account, so they sign in.

Are there any websites that provide this service to companies, or any scripts that are specifically for this type of interface?

what you need is :
1. a web hosting package that support mysql database and PHP (check with your current web hosting provider)
2. a web programmer that knows php and mysql.
