Hmmm... I looked at your site, and even though it is very well organized, clear, etc., it's a mite bit boring. Seems that a design studio should have a little flashier design, to pull clients in.

I like the "Sam Osborne Design" - very nice!

Only other comment: the text is very small on my screen. You might consider enlarging it a little.

Ok, I've added a couple of images that I like into it to liven it up a bit. I still have some plans to modify the borders and things to make it look better, but hows this, do you think I am going in the right direction. Oh, does the background image take ages to download?

Looking much better. You might code that at little differently, though, to eliminate the hunk of white space inserted.

Agreed. It really doesn't blend in with the rest of the site. Oh, and I know the image is huge, but my resolution is higher and thus the background repeats and not in a nice way.

Not liking the cat hair... makes me want to vacuum. ;)

Also, the name of your firm needs to be more prominent. Viewing with my screen settings, it is far removed from the content - at least 200px.

You might consider using a background color that isn't in your paint chip image, just to make things stand out.
