Ok. Here is my first shot at an actual site design. I've fixed most of the flaws, it still validates, drop downs pop back up on their own, and it's a total CSS layout. I'm going to make the logo smaller, as it's still too big, but that's what I want it to look like. I still need to fix the information (what comes up when and all that good stuff and finish putting in what I want on the page).

i think there's too much blue, but it's just me... i think your light blue headers should be darker... you may wish to turn your regular text black or gray... ?

Ii think your doing a great job... the site has a great layout... now as for as the colors go.. hey If you like the color combo.. go for it... I think thats what makes your site YOURS...

like JDM71488, i also have a problem with the blue.
Not that there is too much, but i think the shade of blue you used for the logo looks bad, it looks like a standard blue, you might want to try a darker blue?with tints of purple, maybe, dark blue and orange, if carefully mixed are cool!

Another problem that i have is the light yellow text on the orange bars and the menu
you should definitely add more margin around, so that the text isn't just next to the border and / or reduce the text-size and / or increase the height of the header-bars and the menu items.

it's a phenomenal improvement compared to your original site, great work!
