 I'm new to doing all of this so please bare with me..

I resently went online and got a web hosting account through yahoo. it came with a lot of features, when I got all the main pages done like: privacy policy page, copyright, forms, etc.... I found that I didn't have the option of an online catalog.
I looked into their mechants solutions and i am not ready to pay almost $50.00 per month (I'm learning as I'm going with the codes and have already been online for 2 months setting my site up). I'm not really sure how to set up the button features if there is more that one option for a buy now. I have looked all over the internet for help on how to build my online catalog but i don't know if i am calling it the right thing. i have seen it called; storefront, online catalog, shopping cart, manager inventory....

could someone please tell me how to do a better search for doing my online catalog that i can use with my yahoo? I have over 25 pages that i really don't want to recopy to another site.

or
does anyone know where i can get something to help me build my online catalog

ecommerce will probably net you the most resluts, though I recommend hiring a professional for any ecommerce work. It's not something to be taken lightly or to just jump into.

Good Luck

Hey, I use www.2checkout.com for my ecommerce needs. You can check them out.. there are very good. You can view one of my product page at: http://s92690940.onlinehome.us/TemID0078633.shtml And see if that's what you looking for... I used two options of payment one via 2checkout.com and another via Paypal.. there both pretty good. Paypal is easier to use and to think of the so is 2checkout.com

If you would like to use my referralclick here (https://www2.2checkout.com/2co/signup?affiliate=232178)

2checkout takes 5.5% of your sales. The average is between 2 and 3%!

With a basic skill level your best DIY solution may be the pay-pal shopping cart. Decent rates and it is easy to install.
