Click to See Complete Forum and Search --> : Need to emphasize important link without harming layout
My website layout www.baskcanada.com (http://www.baskcanada.com) limits me in putting more text to the main page. Every time I add anything it looks awful. Recently I was putting a lot of thoughts how I can increase the percent of website visitors who end up buying products. I decided to write why our products are so unique. There is not enough space for this information at the main page. So it has to be a link (“Why Bask products are so unique”). I want not a regular link, but something that everybody would click to. I tried different fonts, colors, borders to emphasize the importance of this link – nothing looks good. I just run out of ideas. It seams it’s much easier to layout nicely pictures than text.
Any ideas/examples how to emphasize a link would be greatly appreciated. Any other comments about my website are also very welcome. Thank you.

even simply having the link an orange or red would definately make it stand out amongst all the blue, because to tell you the truth the second thing that i noticed (after the image) was that little link saying made in russia, but, i dont know what an untrained eye might look for.
Besides color, as bathurst_guy mentioned, you could put a little icon next to it - not more than 5px x 5px. That shouldn't mess up your layout.

I think something like in the image attached. maybe set a css hover colour or something

The made in Russia link worked for me, it opened a pop-up window with the page http://www.bask.info/

Sheldon, I really liked design of your current projects. I followed your recommendation. Could not put the image right to the left edge however. I'll try to fix it soon.
I also recently realized that I forgot to attach links to words "Bask Canada Inc" at the bottom of every page. I guess this simple link to the main page can substantially boost google rating.
