Want to remove border from banner

Hey guys:

I have a pesky little prob that I cannot resolve. If you look at http://www.frontiernet.net/~cdunavent, you can see that the banner on the top of the page has a red border around it. I want to remove that border.

I have tried different variations of border="0" in the HTML, but cannot seem to lose the border.

Can someone view the source code, then tell me exactly how to get rid of that border???

The "image" itself has a red border. You'll need to use a graphics editing program to get rid of the border.
