i love a site. the site has a nice colored web page . nice design, charmful, good looking.. i want to make such a nice colored web pages in my web application.

i use dreamweaver. can you help me how do i make a web page as similar as to that site ? can dreamweaver help me in this regard ?

or is there any tool which can help me in this regard ?

You must learn to walk before you can run.

Learn HTML, CSS, JAVASCRIPT (others optional) in that order and learn what each command does. Dont rush into a big site design before you understand whats going on.

Or you can just view source, copy the contents and change as to your pleasure.
