Yea, use a server side language to controll songs in a data base and then play them with a media player or a real on and open that in a small iframe. If your new to html dont bother its advanced scripting, plug if you want it to be like everyone listens to the same thing of it sends data to your windows media player you will need a way to get the server to play it.
