Account Suspension

I have just been notified that my web account has been suspended because a spammer used a flaw in one of my scripts to spam, they have no idea which script it is and i dont either, i obviously dont want to get in trouble can i ?? i mean it wasnt me who sent the spam, does this happen often??, if i post my only two scripts can anyone help.

First check your log file to see which script it is and then post the script.
