How to provide Save As option only.

Hi,
I am trying implement the download option in the portal implementation. I am trying to provide only save as option rather than open or save as.

Can anybody help me to achieve the functionality using Javascript.

I didn't imply that. I only said that PHP can and provided a link to where I've done it. ASP can as well, as you know... ;)
