sometimes I get these emails but its interesting that the email address of the sender always seems to be rea, its like this guy is using s service that lets him enter and use any email address for the sender.

what are some of the sites that would allow this?

its against certain guidelines and regulations to do that, but i can do it with my apache host

That kind of action is impersonating your email address.
So what you can do is go to
www.spf.pobox.com

This site regulates all the email server, such that if you send an email from info@kazotech.com it will authenticate where the mail origin is.
If the mail origin is not from the server you specified then it will reject the email.
