How can I create a download link that allows my users to click the link (and it brings up the browser's download dialog box)?

Link to something downloadable, like a .zip file or a .avi or whatever.

Sorry, forgot to specify. Linking to wmvs. But for some reason both Mozilla and IE just open the .wmv as though it was a normal http streamed document.
