Hi, I have posted a question similar to this in a different section but thought I would try here as well ..

I am working on a company intranet site, where the user base is split across mac and pc.

I have managed to get everything I want to work on a pc, but am having problems with the mac users. The main issue at the moment is getting code to set the homepage of the browser. (ie : "Press here to set ?????? as your homepage")

Does anyone know of anycode that will work across platforms, or somewhere I can go to check the differences etc.

Many thanks in advance::confused:

the code that works like this,is only IE specific in windows,NS does not support it,and since NS is traditionally more standard compliant and IE in MAC is way more standard compliant as compare to IE in windows,its just a guess,but I think you won't be able to find such a script.And am prety sure once IE6+ starts complying with W3C standards on WIN OS a bit more it might not work on windows as well.

Cheers
