Hi I administrate an MS Access database with over 10 names and addresses in it.
The data entered is not good and many fields that have address info in them e.g. address1, address2, address3, address4 and postcode has line breaks accidently entered. e.g. Address1 may have: -
"1 The Drive
1 The Drive
++++333"
This is screwing up printouts like there is no tomorrow any SQL people know a way of SELECTing only theses bad records for "cleansing"?
P.s. this may go on the interney which is why it is on this forum!!!
