need help finding a portal for small business website

I need suggestions so i decided to come to web developers and programmers. I am in need of a portal for my business website. This portal needs to be secure, paypal acceptable, I will need it to beable to do online classes, banner/text ad rotation, membership, password protected, admin,need it to be be global communities, forums, message boards, chat rooms. basically just about anything you can think of. I have found a few but they wanted up in the 100's of dollars which i can not afford. tis is going on a small business website where we help small business succeed and grow. It will also need areas we can add resources, ebooks and much more. Does anyone know of a good portal cheap or free that is easy top work and will work with Php.

Check sourceforge and start putting in keywords. What you are looking for is open source software. Probably php/mysql. With all those needs, you will probably need a few different programs and then integrate them.
