flash on Https server

Hi

i'm building a website which is html based however has flash banners in place and the flash banners are causing pop up option asking wheater to display the non-secure items. how can i go about getting around this?

as its fustrating for the user to alawys click allow or is this something more to do with the server..

any help much appreciated or if you can point me into the right direction.

ok how would that work if i have securely looged into the companys network and how there site is updated (intranet) is just like going into windows explorer and dropping the assoicated files in.

there is no chmoding or anything like that. or is best to speak to someone from there system administration side. or is there something i can do from my end with flash.
