Keeping text where it is!!!!!!

Hi i dont know whether this is possible, but i have a calender on my page, you can change the veiw of the calender from certain months to a full year.

In the top row of the calender there is a title showing what the calender is showing!

When the user changes the veiw from monthly to yearly, because the page becomes larger and so the horizontal scroll increases and the title disappears to halfway down the page. Is there anyway i can keep the text where it is and only the other rows change?????

Hope u understand and if so i would like to know ur opinions

Is there no way i can just make the texts permanent position throughtout my pages????
