Downloader

Hi progamers,
I am looking for a small program that when excuted in my my pc it downloads certain file from my website ...
The file in my site is extended by .exe
So I need a program that downloads and runs the file from the site directly.
I think it's called uploader/downloader something

Not from your PC directly. But yes from the Browser connected to the internet. It may download the file, but you have to open it later. That will happen when you click on the file, It will ask if you want to download it.
I heard but never tried, if you hold down the shift key while you click the file it will open it. but don't count on it.
