the flash is great, but saddly enough i can't read russian

but you might want to have your code validating

following the above link, you can check, you have 38 errors, beginning with no doctype declaration

The scrollbar that appears on the first subpage could be a little more obvious. Try darkening the arrow.

i think its quite good, the first letter of your logo obscures the second one a bit but its still readable, the use of transparency is also quite good, birds are a nice touch.

Hi,

I’m behind a firewall right now at collage, and its not letting me go to your site because it thinks porn is there :P

Anyhow, I visited a while ago and it looked alright. Although if I remember correctly there was a large space in the upper left hand corner going to waste.

mistake one never conmpletely relay on a third party plugin regardless of its popularity it is always a plugin and its always 3rdparty, your limiting your audience and your content.

I like the flash design, it's sooo cool!!! The only problem is I don't understand it, I can't read Russian...maybe you can translate it in english language, for us to understand it.Anyways, it'z just a suggestion. :)
