Hope this is the write place for this thread.
I'm redoing my small business website. I'll be adding the ability to order our product online. (Still gotta work that part out, incidentally, are there any consequences for using a free email account like yahoo for such a site?) What sort of legal gobbledegook do I need to have for the site? For example, the legal stuff on the bottom of this page. Should I be worried about it? Will I need a lawyer or can I take care of it myself? Any information appreciated.
