Hi guys. sorry for another post. I'm having a bit of a problem, and I have tried some different things. Basically I'm trying a new template for my site. I have pasted the code below, but you'll see images like 'blah.jpg' which is the tables which contain my navigation bar. When there's a lot of text in the column next to it, this naviation bar goes in teh middle vertically, when i want it to remain at the top at all times. I hope you can see from the code what I mean. Any help will be much appreciated. Thanks!

its better if you had a link to this page,
typically you could use stylesheets to position any html element,such as

<table style="margin-top:0px;" should position ur table at the very top,the deforming of a table could be caused by serveral reasons text taking more space then the cell is assigned...images being of bigger size then the td size..

As I said better post a link to your page..
