How to stop download managers ?

i want to know how to stop the using of any download manager when anyone download anything from my own site .. of course all download managers except windows's one .. is there any script for such thing ??

you can't,unless ofcourse you can un-istall them...

for example : flashget , download accelerator, gozilla ...
just stop downloading through them .. but download by the windows one ..
