Text inside Div issue

Hey guys, I'm having a little trouble. I have a div inside a table. Inside that Div is text. But when the text inside the Div exceeds the height of the table, the text renders outside the table (the table doesn’t resize). Any ideas of what's goin on or how to fix it?
