Saving and main page (FrontPage)

Hi all,
When i save a file how can i make it only save in lower case and also when frontpage opens how can i make a certain folder open and reveal all of its contents,

Any help will be appreciated,

To save in lower case just type it all out in lower case.

To make a folder reveal it's contents when creating the site just do not include an Index or Default file.
