hi, i have a javascript menu. My website is in frames. a top and then a main frame. the menu is an 'animated' dropdown menu. it is set in the top frame however i would like the menu to overlap into the main frame. i don't know exactly which part of the forum this goes under but cos its a jscript menu i guessed here. if ne body can help me plz do :)

Sorry, that is not possible. The browser security rules prevent a DHTML object from leaving the boundary of it's frame or window. You'll just have to rearrange things so that they fit inside the frame.

hi, soz about the other posting i didn't realise it wasn't allowed. won't do it again.
i can't seem to find the script on drnamic drive.
is there a way i can keep the top frame at the top of the page but not have it as a frame. in other words put the frames together but still have the same effect of having the top frame staying still (no jerkyness or catching up effects) and the main contents being able to be scrolled. ne body know nething bout this
