email a friend function

Another conundrum,
I need to have a function whereby I can have a button, title email a friend, and when it is clicked a window pops up with 5 blank email spaces. When these are filled in and the send button is clicked a preformatted mail will be sent to each address. whaddya think??

1) Must be server-side, not Javascript.
