software announcement forum

I have developed a java application (Uni. project).
I hope people use it and give me some comments.
Now I want to announce it in forums or somewhere else (free).

I think this forum doesn't allow announcement.
could you give me a few of (forum or else) links which allow software announcements?

Provided you offer the software for free and it is "clean software", then you may put a link to the site from which you offer the software into your signature.
