Looking for a CSS Tool

What I want is a tool to help postion rows/coloums with out the use of tables.
Anyone have such a beast.

Well I could do that, but I wouldn't appreciate being called a tool. ;)

Joking aside, you can make layouts in Dreamweaver without touching a table, or you could simply take the time to learn HTML and CSS.

A tool would make my HTML/CSS development easier (ie DreamWeaver). Since I'm looking for a tool to make HTML/CSS development easier one could infer that I have a fair amount of experience with HTML/CSS. I only look to make the tedious job of positioning columns less time consuming.

I would have thought that positioning columns would really take minimal effort and that it would be creating the CSS to apply the design to the markup that took the time.
