By the way, regarding the loading of 101mediapro.com, I checked it after reading your message....and I think It loads ok, not too fast and not too slow. hmmm...how slow is it on your side? Thank you :)

You have about 10 seconds to grab visitor's attention. Your site does not even display "Loading" in that time.
I have DSL connection and have no problem accessing any other online content.

The web isn't Goldilocks and the Three Bears, your content can never get to the user too fast. Ask any normal user and they'll usually tell you that a site is too slow if the pages aren't loaded in a matter of a few seconds.

Also, you should take a look at how your site look without flash installed...

It doesn't even state the name of the site or even mentions that you need to use flash to enter.

Also you use invalid code to add your flash to the page.

Also don't forget to completely clear your browser Cache (TIFs) before testing page load time otherwise all you are testing is how fast your machine pulls data from it's temp folder :D
