I've been taking classes and studying tutorials, trying to understand HTML. Once I got it down, I saw I had a problem. I had no where to put the site. I've been looking for a while, and have'nt found anything good yet. Any suggestions?

well, you can either choose to pay for hosting, if it is a business site you want to host for example.
If it's only to test things and try things, you might wanna start with a free host.
in both case you'll also need an FTP program to transfer the files to the server.

i found a site called DragonHosting.biz. Odd my name is the same as theirs huh? lol
Anyway they offer free service! Amazingly, they offer over 2 gb of space and 30 gb of bandwidth, and thats just their basic plan! I cheaked it out, and all they want is for you to be a member of the forums for a or 2 month.
ITS GREAT!!! AND REAL :p

html-kit is a wonderful ftp file editor program. i've used it for nearly 3 years now.
you can google for free webhosting. you will have a sub domain though:
example: dragonlord.thewebhost.com
id suggest just buying one and being done with it. :)
