Hello!
I'm new here. The reason I'm posting this is to ask for help. I'm creating a web site and I decided to add automatic news. OK, I don't even know if this is the right name for this feature, but what I want to do is something like this. I want to update my site by adding news, without the need of editing the web page itself.
If you don't understand my description, please visit this page here (http://www.mugglenet.com/) . What I want to do is the part under the banner of Latest News.
How can I do that? Is it PHP, ASP, CSS???
I'm a beginner at web developing and I only know HTML and I'm beginning to learn how to use Dreamweaver MX 2004.
Is this too difficult to do?
Please, help!
It would be very appreciated.

You need to use a server-side language, like PHP or ASP, to do that.

There are many free scripts available on the web. Just find out which server-side language(s) are available on your server and then search for news scripts written in it/them.

Thanks Kravvitz.
I knew it was something of that kind.
So, news scripts. :D That's what I needed to know.
About the server, I still don't know which I'm going to use. Probably a free one, like GeoCities, so I don't know which server-side language are available there.
Thank you very much for the help!! :D

You're welcome :)

Some free web hosts don't support any server-side languages, so choose carefully.
