cache a zip file

I went to gamesville.com and played the prices right game and i checked my temp internet files and the site cached a zip file on my computer and i think was reading from it... does anyone know how to cache a zip file on someones computer?

I don't think that can be done. You could have a link for it to download and it might put it in the catche. But even if you get it into the catche, you can't read it from an HTML file...
