Multiple Frames

I'm using FrontPage, and I was wondering if there is any way I can change two frames simultaneously when you click on a link button. Maybe you can even do this with JavaScript? Please help!

Can you supply the page where your trying to do this...

I gotta think there is a better way to make this happen.
