Web page does not open

I have a web site: http://watercolor10.tripod.com
Few people coplained that when they click on the link, they get a message that read (the page can not be found)!! I have no idea why this is happening when I have no problem opening this site. Can you help please by explaining what causing such problem.

Don't tripod limit the transfer they allow? Could it not be that the transfer limit has been reached and they've temporarily disabled the account?

No, the account still valid and tripod does not limit transfer.

Even if they did have a limit, it wouldn't generate a 404, but some kind of "limit reached" error page. If one enters a non-existing URI, one gets:

Sorry, but the page or the file that you're looking for is not here.
• Please check to see that you've entered the correct URL.
• The owner of this site may have chosen to delete their membership.
• The site may have been removed due to a violation of Tripod's Terms of Service.
• The site may have been moved to a different URL.

We are not talking about the "Page cannot be found" page in IE by any chance? Get some more information and some screenshots out of those people and I'm sure that any potential problem can be rectified :)
